E-Brake Cable Seal at Floor Pan 79-86

E-Brake cable seal at floor pan for any 1979-86 Ford Mustang including SVO. If you have ever used your emergency brake this is probably torn. When this seal is torn exhaust and heat will leak into the cab making for an uncomfortable ride. This would be an easy part to replace when installing new carpet.
